- 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 30 minutes.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in cornstarch, shaking off the excess.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the marinade and bring to a simmer until thickened.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sticky glaze until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
