Description

Oreo Cheesecake Bites combine the creamy richness of cheesecake with the classic crunch of Oreos. These bite-sized treats are simple to make, perfect for parties, and guaranteed to satisfy any sweet craving.


Ingredients

  • 16 Oreos
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 packages, 8 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped Oreo cookie crumbs (mix large and small chunks)
  • Reserved Oreo crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a cupcake baking pan with 16 paper liners and place one Oreo cookie in each liner.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped Oreo crumbs using a spatula.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter over each Oreo in the liners.
  5. Sprinkle reserved Oreo crumbs on top of each cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 14–16 minutes or until centers are set but still creamy.
  7. Cool for 30 minutes, remove paper liners, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Optional: top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage. Use softened cream cheese for smooth texture and avoid over-baking. Try using flavored Oreos or adding chocolate drizzle for variation.
