- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Stir until smooth and the garlic is softened but not browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each fillet with the garlic butter and then sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and squeeze lemon over each fillet just before serving.
