Description

A simple yet special Oven Baked Salmon recipe that is quick to prepare and perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and ensure the oven rack is in the middle.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin-side down.
  4. Brush each fillet with garlic butter, then sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a crispier top, you can broil for the last two minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
