- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and ensure the oven rack is in the middle.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin-side down.
- Brush each fillet with garlic butter, then sprinkle the brown sugar spice mix evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a crispier top, you can broil for the last two minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
