- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate for melting (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, melt chocolate and dip the balls into it to coat them.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment paper and let them cool until the chocolate sets.
