Description

Quick and easy no-bake peanut butter rice krispies balls that are sure to please everyone at the table.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate for melting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Rice Krispies and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. If desired, melt chocolate and dip the balls into it to coat them.
  5. Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the parchment paper and let them cool until the chocolate sets.
