Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just blended avoid overmixing.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  9. For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  10. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beating until creamy.
