Ingredients
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp chipotle in adobo (finely minced)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Juice of ½ lime
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
2. Whisk together until completely smooth.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
