Description

This quick and easy lemon chicken is a delightful family recipe that combines the tangy flavors of lemon with the richness of garlic and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in Parmesan cheese to coat.
  4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
