- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 4 slices Bread (white or whole grain)

Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice to taste.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto slices of bread.
- Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, press gently, and cut into halves or quarters.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a refreshing snack.
