Description

A light and refreshing cucumber salad sandwich that embodies the warmth of home, perfect for quick lunches or family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 4 slices Bread (white or whole grain)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Dill (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice to taste.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto slices of bread.
  4. Layer the cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, press gently, and cut into halves or quarters.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a refreshing snack.

Notes
