Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over the dough, then roll it up tightly.
- Slice the roll into individual rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls before serving.
