Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 cup Cauliflower rice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, sauté the spinach and broccoli in a pan with olive oil until wilted.
- In another pan, cook the ground turkey and season it to taste.
- Serve the chicken with sautéed vegetables and a side of cauliflower rice.
Notes
You can customize the vegetables and add herbs for extra flavor. Great for meal prep!
