Description

A quick and easy low carb high protein meal, perfect for healthy eating without spending too much time in the kitchen.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, sauté the spinach and broccoli in a pan with olive oil until wilted.
  5. In another pan, cook the ground turkey and season it to taste.
  6. Serve the chicken with sautéed vegetables and a side of cauliflower rice.

Notes

You can customize the vegetables and add herbs for extra flavor. Great for meal prep!
