- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and ensure the oven rack is in the middle.
- In a bowl, toss the drained chickpeas with olive oil and ranch seasoning until well coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet, using parchment or a light coating of oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, season with salt if desired, and let them cool before serving.
Notes
For a twist, add smoked paprika or garlic powder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
