Description

A delicious and easy snack made from oven-baked chickpeas seasoned with ranch flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and ensure the oven rack is in the middle.
  2. In a bowl, toss the drained chickpeas with olive oil and ranch seasoning until well coated.
  3. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet, using parchment or a light coating of oil.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven, season with salt if desired, and let them cool before serving.

Notes

For a twist, add smoked paprika or garlic powder. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
