Description

A quick and delightful blended drink that combines frozen raspberries, creamy coconut, and refreshing pineapple juice for a playful family treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries and pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
  2. Pulse first to break up the raspberries, then blend on medium until the mixture looks even.
  3. Blend until smooth. For a slushy texture, add ice and blend again.

Notes
