Ingredients
1½ quarts vanilla ice cream (slightly softened)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
4. Spread mixture on parchment-lined tray, cool completely.
5. Break into small bite-sized chunks.
6. Fold cooled cereal chunks into softened ice cream gently.
7. Transfer to airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
