- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Slice sausage and add it to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
- If using, add any additional vegetables and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
