Description

A quick and easy stir-fry combining savory sausage with nutritious cabbage and other vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (your choice)
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: bell peppers, carrots, or other vegetables

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Slice sausage and add it to the skillet, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. If using, add any additional vegetables and cook until tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
