Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan and cook the sausage until it’s heated through, then mix the two together.
  4. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end and place it on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown.
