Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Corn on the Cob cooked to perfection with buttery flavors and juicy kernels.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of sweet corn, husked
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Black pepper, optional
  • Optional toppings: Garlic butter, chili powder, smoked paprika, grated parmesan, lime juice, mayo plus cotija, fresh herbs like cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for about 3 minutes.
  2. Shuck the corn (remove husk and silk). Rinse quickly, then pat dry.
  3. Brush each cob with melted butter or oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place corn in the basket in a single layer. If they do not fit, cut the cobs in half.
  5. Air fry for 10 to 14 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Finish with more butter and any toppings you love.

Notes

If your corn is super fresh and sweet, you barely need anything beyond butter and salt. Ensure to dry the corn before cooking to avoid losing the toasted edge.
