Description

Cozy pocket-sized pies filled with apples and caramel, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Perfect for a comforting dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 cup of flour for dusting
  • Optional: whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece on a floured surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture and a drizzle of caramel sauce on each biscuit.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each bomb.
  7. Brush with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, drizzle with caramel, and serve with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Use firm apples like Gala or Honeycrisp for best results. Adjust sweetness to your taste. These are kid-friendly and fun to make together.
