- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 cups apples (peeled and diced)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Optional: whipped cream or ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
- In a bowl, combine the diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pie crust circle.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and seal it tightly.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
