Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 cups apples (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Optional: whipped cream or ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
  3. In a bowl, combine the diced apples, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pie crust circle.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and seal it tightly.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
