A fun blend of spaghetti and garlic bread, these bowls offer a warm, handheld meal perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.

- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat the pasta sauce over medium heat. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and mixed vegetables (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the top off the garlic bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create bowls.
- Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top each bowl with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place the filled garlic bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For a different touch, serve with a side salad or roasted veggies. Can be made ahead and baked later.
