Spicy Tuna and Creamy Crab Sushi Bake is a fun and delicious twist on traditional sushi. Combining rich tuna and crab flavors with creamy toppings, it’s perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.
Ingredients

- ½ lb Imitation Crab
- ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Masago
- 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
- 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Rice
- Sushi Seasoning
Instructions
- Mix rice and Sushi Seasoning to make sushi rice.
- Layer the Sushi Rice on the bottom of the dish.
- Add a layer of Masago on top.
- Add Furikake on top.
- Add a layer of Half Creamy Crab on one side and half Spicy Tuna on the other.
- Drizzle on more Japanese Mayo and Furikake.
- Broil for 3–5 minutes until crispy on top.
- Serve with crispy seaweed on the side.
Notes
Best served warm with crispy seaweed sheets. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. Reheat in the oven to retain texture. Adjust spice level to taste and try add-ins like avocado or cucumber for extra texture.
