A delicious and creamy spinach dip perfect for gatherings, packed with fresh spinach and cheesy goodness.
Ingredients

- 16 oz spinach (coarsely chopped)
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the crushed garlic in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the coarsely chopped spinach and continue to cook until it’s wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach and garlic with cream cheese, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Monterey jack cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh veggie sticks, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices. Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
