Description

A delicious and creamy spinach dip perfect for gatherings, packed with fresh spinach and cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz spinach (coarsely chopped)
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté the crushed garlic in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the coarsely chopped spinach and continue to cook until it’s wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach and garlic with cream cheese, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Monterey jack cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with fresh veggie sticks, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices. Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
