- 1 cup frosting
- 1–2 cups melted candy coating
- Lollipop sticks

Instructions
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and bake it in a cake pan.
- Cool the cake fully before crumbling it into a large bowl.
- Add the frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Insert lollipop sticks into each ball and freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy coating according to package directions.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy coating, letting the excess drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles if desired before the coating sets.
- Allow the cake pops to fully set before serving.
Notes
Use a good-tasting frosting; it makes a difference. You can also experiment with flavors by adding extracts or using different cake mixes.
