- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed for about 3 minutes until fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and egg; continue mixing until incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use very fresh strawberries and ensure they are dry when adding to the dough. Chill the dough if too soft.
