Ingredients

For the street corn sauce:

– 1 ½ cups roasted corn (grilled, canned, or frozen)

– 2 tbsp sour cream

– 1 tbsp lime juice

– ½ tsp chili powder

– ¼ cup cotija or feta cheese, crumbled

For the rice and toppings:

Instructions
