Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- 4 sheets of dry roasted seaweed (nori), cut into strips
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the cooked rice, tuna, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Wet your hands and take a portion of the rice mixture to form into a triangle or ball shape.
- Place a small amount of filling in the center if desired.
- Wrap with a sheet of dry roasted seaweed.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.
- Serve as a quick snack or lunch.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freeze for longer storage.
