Description

Delightfully simple tuna rice balls, perfect for snacks or family meals. Customize with your favorite fillings!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 sheets of dry roasted seaweed (nori), cut into strips
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked rice, tuna, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Wet your hands and take a portion of the rice mixture to form into a triangle or ball shape.
  3. Place a small amount of filling in the center if desired.
  4. Wrap with a sheet of dry roasted seaweed.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.
  6. Serve as a quick snack or lunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Freeze for longer storage.
