Instructions
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Prepare the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
- Combine and Fold: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips until well combined.
- Chill the Dough: Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop and Shape: Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool and Set: Let the cookies cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
