- 4 large lettuce leaves or wraps

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the plant-based ground meat with diced onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and stir in the dairy-free cheese until melted.
- Place a portion of the mixture onto a lettuce leaf or wrap.
- Add any optional toppings you desire.
- Roll up the wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding different herbs and spices to the filling. Mix in other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for added nutrition.
