Instructions
- Freeze the cubed watermelon for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Combine the frozen watermelon, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a container and freeze for about 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
