- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the strawberries with honey and place them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized.
- Combine the feta, cream cheese, and olive oil in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season the whipped feta with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the whipped feta in a bowl, topped with roasted strawberries and fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy with pita chips or bread.
Notes
For best results, use room-temperature cheeses for smoother whipping. Leftovers can be stored separately for 3-4 days.
