A simple yet special dish featuring creamy whipped feta topped with sweet roasted strawberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the strawberries with honey and place them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20 minutes, or until they are soft and caramelized.
  3. Combine the feta, cream cheese, and olive oil in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Season the whipped feta with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the whipped feta in a bowl, topped with roasted strawberries and fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy with pita chips or bread.
