Description

Deliciously easy No-Bake Easter Egg Peanut Butter Haystacks, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup mini Easter eggs (candy)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crunchy chow mein noodles until well coated.
  3. Add mini Easter eggs and shredded coconut if using, and gently fold to combine.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and shape into nests.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
