- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 cups crunchy chow mein noodles
- 1 cup mini Easter eggs (candy)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the crunchy chow mein noodles until well coated.
- Add mini Easter eggs and shredded coconut if using, and gently fold to combine.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and shape into nests.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
