Description

A delightful treat combining strawberry flavors with a creamy texture, wrapped in a chocolate shell—perfect for Easter or family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed shortcake crumbs
  • Easter egg molds

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of the Easter egg molds with the melted white chocolate and let it set in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold in the pureed strawberries into the whipped cream.
  5. Fill each half with the strawberry cream mixture.
  6. Sprinkle in some crushed shortcake crumbs, then seal the halves together with more melted chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate until completely hardened, then remove from the molds and serve.
